What has happened?
URL http://******00.***B.com:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/configure_application call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.
Note
The termination occurred in system IDS with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.
The selected virtual host was 0 .
What can I do?

got above error when i right clicked my webdynpro abap application , and clicked on set/change configuration , what i have to configure in sicf transation please explain in detail
