Run executable file through webdnpro plug in error

Hi All,

I have a requirement where I need to run executable file through Webdnpro ABAP. I used the same approach as mentioned in the following links:

But the problem is my file is not getting executed through Webdnpro . I even tried by creating Whitelist as mentioned in the second link. However,  as there is no activate button present I am not able to create whitelist.

I am using NWBC version 4.0.

I am facing this problem for last two days and I don't know what to do to solve this issue.
