IS_CHANGED_BY_CLIENT > Freely Programmed F4 help

Hi,

When inputfield is changed by F4 using Automatic Input Help, IS_CHANGED_BY_CLIENT is set to ABAP_TRUE.

But when inputfield is changed by F4 Freely Programmed Input Help, IS_CHANGED_BY_CLIENT is still ABAP_FALSE.

Is there some property of enything else to get this work correctly?
