Displaying text at runtime on image in web dynpro

Hello experts,

Is it possible to display text on image in web dynpro, i.e placing a text view element on the image ui element. Such that at the run time the text will change automatically which is placed on the image. Just like below.

Is there any way achieve this functionality.
