Dynamic search help of a field based on ovs value returned by previous fields.

I have created 2 OVS fields. I have selected 3 values from 1st OVS field. Lets say, PERNR.

Now I want to put only those 3 employee names into the next OVS dropdown.

Now how to get those values from OVS field to set it in dynamic search help.
