Creation of dynamic Hierarchy(Tree) within a dynamically created Select Options

Hi Experts,

I am unable to create dynamic Hierarchy(Tree) within a dynamically created Select Options.

Here in the screen shot all the fields are 'Select Options' field with in I have to insert 2 Hierarchies(marked in red)...one is 'HDS Company Hrarchy'

& another is 'Operational Account Hrchy'.

I am attaching the code of dynamically created 'Select Options'.

Please suggest how to add dynamically created Hierarchy(or tree) within this code.

I am also inserting image of look & feel of one of the hierarchies. Please scroll down.

Please help me out as I need it urgently.
