Web dynpro External debug issue ?

Hello Friends,

I am facing external debug issue in WDA application. And session break-point are triggering fine in reports and other objects.

As i have checked:

1. The se80->utilities->setting->ABAP editor->Debugging: provided user name, uncheck CB:Only current application server

2. I activated debugging in tcode: SRDEBUG

3. TEST LOAD BALANCING is failing while i execute due to different host name generated.from the host name generated while we execute the TEST   

    option of WDA application in SICF.

4. And my SAP_BASIS component  Release: 731 & SP-level: 0007

Could you please suggest the exact thing to rectify the external debug issue.
