how to get Position of cursor and its cell value in webdynpro alv

hi:all

   I have requirement to get the position of cursor and get the value from in webdynpro alv cell by Customized ALV button

     the value is not a changed value (I can't used on_data_check or on_cell_action ).

   how to do?
