Layout problem for web dynpro

Hi ,

I am very new to abap web dynpro, started to develop one web dynpro application .

I am not able to get layout. The below messages are displaying when I clicked show/ hide layout preview button.

An Error has occurred in the script on this page.

After pressing yes button for few times, I am getting below message.

 Error in the ICF node
Specific ICF Nodes in Transaction SICF Must Be Released for the Web Dynpro View Designer
Check the following ICF nodes, as described in note 517484:
/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/public/bc/viewdesigner

The above path is not able to find in SICF  tcode .

Kindly help me to sort out this issue.
